WILL THE REPORT MEET THE INDUSTRY GUIDELINES AND/OR STANDARDS?
JJMA INVESTIGATIONS LLC can peer review fire and explosion reports to determine if the reports meet the peer review requirements as set out in the 2014 and 2017 editions of NFPA 921, “A Guide for Fire and Explosion Investigations”.
Based on the age of the report the 2001 edition, 2004 edition, 2008 edition, and/or 20011 edition of NFPA 921 would be used.
Peer reviews and case reviews can be conducted for the insurance industry, private attorneys, prosecuting attorneys, fire and/or police department and private investigation companies.
The peer review will utilize ASTM and NFPA Standards, codes and guidelines. Reports will be evaluated for compliance to standards, standard of care and accepted industry practices.
There will be a constructive evaluation with recommendations for improvement either verbally or in writing depending on the clients request and/or direction.
Classes on report writing to meet the industry standard(s) can be conducted at the request of a client.
